This office provides staff support for the Pueblo Retention and Expansion Program (PREP). PREP is an organization with representatives from Government, Utilities, Workforce, Education and Economic Development agencies. Our mission is to act as an innovative resource to identify and address the needs of Pueblo County employers for sustainability and growth.
PREP conducts visits with primary employers for the purpose of gathering information that will help guide us in our efforts to improve the business climate in Pueblo County. PREP strives to provide valuable feedback to policymakers regarding what is working and what needs serious attention in serving our business community. PREP has a diverse group of community leaders working in partnership with local businesses to solve problems.
