Emergency Repairs and Essential Services Program (ERESP)

The homeowner must be experiencing an emergency situation before a measure will be evaluated.

Types of Service:

  • Electrical Plumbing Furnace Replacements
  • Roofing Air Conditioners (Swamp)

Qualifications:

  1. Customers must be buying, or own their home.
  2. The unit must be their primary place of residence.
  3. Homeowner must be age 60+ years or older.
  4. Income Eligibility is based on the guidelines listed below.

2 Persons $12,950 $21,550 $34,500
3 Persons $14,550 $24,250 $38,800
4 Persons $16,150 $26,950 $43,100
