Eligible Participants:Woman

  • Women who are Pregnant, Postpartum, or Breast Feeding must provide doctor’s documentation (not participating in the WIC Program)Infant
  • Children ages 1 thru 6 yrs. (not participating in WIC program) needs to bring birth certificate and shot Seniorrecords
  • Elderly (60 years of age or older)
